Privacy policy

This site does not track visitors for advertising. Optional third-party analytics would run only with your consent. This page explains what happens to data you send us, what is logged when you visit, and how we process data in AXON Cloud.

1. Controller

AXON CLOUD, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Leonard Fedetov, Ulica Giuseppea Trombe 102, 52203 Šišan, Republika Hrvatska, OIB 17445628019, MBO 99377527. AXON Cloud is the product name of this craft business.

Two roles

1. Website, marketing, our own user accounts and subscription billing — we are the controller.
2. Data your company enters in the ERP — your company is the controller; we are a processor under the DPA.

2. Visiting the website

The server keeps ordinary technical logs (IP, time, path, browser) for security and troubleshooting (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted within 90 days. Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (European Union / EEA (Hetzner data centres)).

Necessary storage: session cookie, axon_cookie_consent, and Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form (security, no advertising consent required). See Cookies.

First-party visit statistics

We keep aggregated visit counts (date, path, page views, approximate unique visitors per day) to understand traffic. No ad profiling. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). A daily summary may be emailed internally to [email protected].

Third-party analytics

We do not currently load Google Analytics or similar. If we do, it will load only after consent, and this page will be updated.

3. When you send an inquiry

The contact form sends your message to [email protected] / [email protected] via our mail provider as a processor. We process name, email, company, phone (if any), topic/verticals, message, and technical data against abuse. Basis: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest for abuse prevention. Retention: typically 12–24 months from last contact, longer if we contract (accounting rules).

4. AXON Cloud users

Your company is controller of customer/employee data in the ERP; we are processor under the DPA. For SaaS accounts and billing we are controller — see SaaS terms and Security.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdraw consent. Use /privacy/dsar or [email protected]. Complaint: AZOP.

6. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Sub-processors include Hetzner Online GmbH, Google/Workspace where configured, and Cloudflare where used (Turnstile / edge). List on request: [email protected].

7. Changes

We update this text and the date when processing changes. Material changes for customers are announced reasonably in advance.
