This Privacy Policy explains how AXON CLOUD, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Leonard Fedetov (“we”, “AXON Cloud”) collects and processes personal data on https://axoncloud.hr and in the AXON Cloud (ERP / SaaS) service.

For data your company enters into AXON Cloud, your company is the controller and AXON Cloud is the processor (see DPA).
2. What data we collect
2.1 Website / marketing visitors
- identity and contact data from forms (name, email, phone, company, message)
- technical data (IP, browser, timestamp) as needed for security and diagnostics
- cookies — see the Cookie policy
2.2 AXON Cloud users (sign-in)
- username, email, phone (if provided), roles and permissions
- login / session records, IP and device for security
- support: ticket / message content you send us
2.3 Data we process as processor (ERP)
On the customer’s instructions: partners, employees, guests, members, renters, documents, payroll, CRM records, etc., depending on modules. Details: DPA.
We do not seek special-category data unless you enter it under a contracted module with your own legal basis.

- answering inquiries, demos and offers
- performing the AXON Cloud contract
- authentication, authorisation and security
- customer support
- legal obligations (e.g. accounting / fiscal where applicable)
- service improvement (aggregated / anonymised analytics, if enabled)
4. Legal bases
- contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
- legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security, abuse prevention, B2B inquiries
- consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — non-essential cookies / marketing where required
5. Retention

7. Recipients
Only: authorised AXON Cloud staff and sub-processors (hosting, email, backups) under confidentiality / DPA; authorities when required by law; your authorised tenant users. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
If providers outside the EEA are used, appropriate safeguards apply (e.g. SCCs) or EEA hosting is preferred.
